On her Vlog, Imogen talks about this song and the vocals are completely new and re-recorded. This is not an amateur remix. The tone in the background is a mix between an instrument her mother gave her as a gift (its sort of like a mini-acordian). and the song is titled "Hide & Seek 2." That is the title she gave it.

I've probably already posted on this video, but I'm going to do it again anyway.

What makes this version of this song different from the other is, primarily, the harmonies. In the other version (Hide and Seek 1), her harmonies are machine-made. In this one, she actually sang over her own voice and layered the tracks. The harmonies here are, as a result, tighter, yet more raw and emotional in nature. Far and above the best version of this song around.
