The video started off well, then got off track. Sometimes Chomsky sounds like a conspiracy nut, then sometimes he is reasoned. Gov't manipulation through media outlets and clever slogans are nothing new. The Media now more than ever are simply tools for the machine. I am not sure why he mentions the so- called demise of the union or Nat. Health Care. I guess he is appealing to his audience here... it seems inconsistent with his belief of a stateless classless society.

I really love this quote by Chomsky, I've always had a hard time coming to terms with this issue.. if I don't support the war, how am I supposed to support the people FIGHTING the war? @o1OpTiMuS1o Chomsky is one of the most outspoken critics of Israel, he was recently denied entry into the country, the idea he's a secret Zionist is ridiculous.

@o1OpTiMuS1o No, Chomsky is most definitely not a Zionist. The Zionists, in fact, denied him entry into Gaza just two weeks ago. His take on 9/11 or JFK is simply that he demands conclusively evidence in either case. This does not make him Zionist at all, just a very scientifically minded person, who will not put his weight behind any theory too easily. Chomsky is an outspoken anti-Zionist - please read some of his works, before jumping to conclusions - because it is truly worth reading.
