@navylaks2 you must have gone crazy. MK really went downhill after MK4 due to its new 3D style. Only now we've been able to resurrect the series and get its former glory and now you want it to go back to the shitty 3d environment. -_-

Former Glory please when you're locked in the 2D fighting plane it easily turns in to pure spamming.

The reason why people didn't MK4 was because they where used digital photo caracters in 2d that looked pretty good, 3d grafighs weren't very well developed at that time. But nowadays with amazing game engines like the Cryengine it's a whole different story, besides 3d fighting gives alot more options, i'd say going back to 2d is a step down in evolution but that's just me i guess
