I finally wanna buy myself an Arcade Stick for all my fighters since the skin on my thumb is getting pretty rough >____> I see the TE everywhere, but I'm not so sure about getting one of them... My problems are, that I also wanna play PS2 games with my Stick (Can't you just use the PS2 USB Input?) and that I wanna play Fighting Games besides Street Fighter like Guilty Gear, BlazBlue Kof (Fatal Fury, MOTW)... Does it work well on these fighters too? Would be a great help If you'd reply :3
@FFjergo Unless you can dual mod/can get it dual modded my somebody I wouldnt recommend going for a TE stick. You can probably find a Hori PS2 stick and buy a PS3/USB converter along with it. Either that or if you can do some manual labor, mod a Mayflash stick with Sanwa parts and such and you'll have a stick good for PS2 and PC/PS3 games. The TE does work well with all those games though (trust me, personal experience) and it's the best stick I've ever had.
@FFjergo Without rewiring some stuff with an offbrand common ground ps2 controller or something, you can't unfortunately. Kinda my problem now since my Mayflash still needs to be fixed and money's not an option right now
As of a few weeks ago, my mayflash is officially useless. I have to buy a new stick and buttons for it sometime. I generally keep my shit clean, so the dust doesnt build up that much. I should put the button back in, but not the little rubbery thing so the function still doesnt work. I might wind up dual modding my TE sometime though, but im kinda scared lol

I hope it's not because I suck at making and modding things but I have a HRAP3 and when I play PS2 games on my PS3 I get a small input lag, I have a 60 GB PS2 but you can't avoid it, and I can't use my HRAP3 on my PS2..
Actually no it's not custom made. Its a modded mayflash joystick. I got it pre-modded off ebay, but it has old parts that need to be replaced. It's a bitch to mod from what I've heard.
And that sucks hearing that. Without modding or buying another stick, I really can't think up any kind of solution.

Man, no wonder you beat my ass in Garou months ago. It was the sticks! I might get a fightpad for the PS2 or 360 because I heard that the D-pad is way better than the ones on the PS2 and 360. It's nice to hear your voice, too
The 360 D-Pad is shit, but it's better than some of the things out there. Youre good by getting a SF4 Fightpad, aint expensive as the PS2 Saturn Pad they have out there but almost as good I heard.
My voice doesnt sound as feminine as people would have thought, since my "online gimmick" is a bishie with a god complex. So I'm basically Suija from Samurai Shodown lol.
oh lord, I was stuck with a 360 pad for a few weeks when my EX2 was broke (resoldered the wires on the inside, A button magically started working fine again, works like its brand new now). It was terrible, shit was unplayable. I had to use Guile in SF4, only guy I could use decently with it.
That's a simple mod you can do wtih a regular TE, it's not worth that much lol. I'm trying to find some BlazBlue art for my TE but I can't use photoshop worth shit and I cant find anybody willing to help
If you mod that x360 stick with sanwa stick and buttons it's basically the same as TE tho, isn't it?

yah, i heard the EX2 messes up after some time...
and it is expensive and only got 6 front buttons..

They did start raising the price of the EX2 after SF4 was released. It's nowhere near worth 60-70, probably 40 at the most.
It does work on the PC though, you need drivers though. They download instantly for me
