You are absolutely right about HR-45.

It is cloaked as a bill to crack down on 'gun-trafficking'.

But it in fact is a way to kill the 2nd Amdmt., by establishing a New Federal License applicable to All Firearms...and then denying that License, so that you must surrender any firearm that you may already have!

It is completely outrageous!

When he signs HR-45 into law, it will effectively kill the 2nd Ammendment.

Then he will be free to kill the 1st Ammendment.

If for some reason, the media gets upset at him & find Obama unconstitutionally qualified as president & kick him out, impeach him or throw his ass in ail, what then becomes of the 'porkulus package'?

Every bill he has signed & every nomination he has stood by will have to be re-examined or thrown out!

If this scenario ever plays out, & it'd be fun to watch(!), every Democratic congressional supporter s/b impeached along w/him!

Especially Pelosi, Reid, Leahy, Rangel, Schumer, Dodd & B.Frank.
