Mobile flood protection

Thanks, I was just getting educated regarding cheap & sturdy methods to check flooding. I am from Assam, India and here we have flood & soil erosion problems. Government is spending / eating lots of money in construction of dyke's etc but no result. There is a Flood department & a central "Brahmaputra Board" all to check flood & harness water energy but these are all white elephants.

Any one from Majuli, the flood porn river island in the Brahmaputra river in Assam. See this, can it work there.

Hi, It can be used most places unless the flood water arrives higher than the fence or the ground gives away out in the river or sea. On Google Maps it looked like the river was shifting and there was a lot of mud ? Is it a special building or facility you want to protect ?
