They chant 'death to the dictatorship of the leadership' at first, then 'our shame, (is) our minister of culture', some stuff in support of the opposition leader. The former minister says something along the lines of "the majority of the audience are supportive of [him, Ahmadinjad et al]" after which his supporters (apparently sitting in the front) cheer. Then he asks "why did THEIR minister of culture flee the country?", referring to the reformist officials of the previous administration.
