though the actions and foreign policies duely result in reactions, the only peoples 'fault' who this was, is the 19 hijackers. the faith of Islam, as a whole, according to the Quran, is one of world domination, and should not be considered 'peaceful' by any means. I feel the same about Christianity FYI, both are cancers in the world to the human races survival and progress.

The US will not need to use a new Legal System to deal with Terriorist. We have one already. It is called The Constitution.
I would like these indicted people to ask for a stay of trial until Obama takes office and ask for a CIVIL TRIAL in the US or a trail at the Hague. Ensure a fair trial. As an American, I ask for this, please. Please do not accpet a Military Tribunial.

Torture is ridiculous because the subject will admit to anything to stop the process. However quality intelligence services have at their disposal wonderful drugs that can elicit the truth from this human garbage without problems of false confessions, etc.
It's time to get high tech with this process. What's more execution should be ruled out because additional intelligence may be gleaned years later from these "people".
Could be a goldmine of information if used w/ vicious efficiency.

the drug you are thinking of is Sodium Pentathol and I agree with you 100% of the way. The way I see it is this. American taxpayer dollars are going to be spent trying to get confessions. There is not one shred of credible evidence that torture illicits accurate or useful information and it is proven to often get false information. Sodium Pentathol on the other hand is proven effective, relatively safe, much cheaper, and much more humane. Get some value for your dollars Americans
