Make sure that you speedometer is set to metric because that's what his is set to.

i think you can edit the downforce and stuff im not sure lol i havent got it but i saw on pro street that you could improve by downforce etc

nice i think the best need for speed was need 4 speed most wanted carbon was quiet good but not bettewr than most wanted
