@TheGoliathsound I can easily say the same thing about the majority of music from the past decade, mainstream or not. To each his own, right? At least you pulled a few good tracks from the collection. What would you consider 'not disappointing'?
@XThisBeautifulLifeX I had the album playing as I was working on a school project; I cannot remember which ones they would be. The song that made me want to get the album was, "We've got a score to settle." So, I guess five total. They are good musicians, and everything was well played, locked-in on time, fuckin good. But, it was disappointing. I thought it would have more...it was good though. It was good to at least have listened to it once, that's it.
@TheGoliathsound That's a statement I can agree with :P See, even if someone doesn't like the music all that much, if they can recognize creative ambition and talent, I'm alright with it, ha hah. I kind of understand what you mean, actually. For myself though, I love it! What's your favourite music as of right now?
@XThisBeautifulLifeX Dude, I DO NOT want to "Gay-it-up"....but Thank you for your kind words, and fuckin being civil about this. I am currently religiously exploring the Pink Floyd's, Roger Waters's, Syd Barrett's, David Gilmour's, Rick Wright's sound and body of work. I know, it's lame but, those people have seemed to transcend all musical writing, concept, performance, artist integrity, and generational relevance boundaries that exist in the music industry. I just want to find out, musicall
@TheGoliathsound ...y, how it was done. So anyway, once in a while I will check some "newer" group out so I don't feel square for sticking to the reliable shit, like Floyd and its founding members. I am trying to explain why, and I shouldn't, haha. I will never be done...
I listened to the album...it was pretty disappointing. Maybe, four really good tracks.
