I think this vehicle looks awesome, at least in person, i think it will make good sales for bmw however the styling of this vehicle ain't very original, it reminds me too much of Infiniti's FX which i think looks hotter than X6 and Nissan does deserve credit for it's originality in design. FX was launched way back in 2002. The FX inspired most car companies (Buick, bmw, Audi, Ford, Lincoln, Toyota, Chrysler) to start making crossovers with resemblances of the FX. Kudos to Nissan.

what I like on all bmw cars is that you "feel" the road when driving it. not like in a mercedes-benz.they are not sporty at all (except amg of course)

I love this car. I ordered one and I have it in october 2008. Full black even the wheels, interior in red leather. Full option. The people who's says this is a ugly car, is becouse they don't need a car like this or don't have the budget to buy the X6. One thing is sure. Everytime there is some different thing new on the market, there are pro and contra's. I'm complete pro.

But my mums X3 feels like a terrible car to drive and its only done 15,000KM....hell i would rather drive a ford territory.

please...haha are you joking? compare a ford territory to a X3? what are we going to compare? The old 4-speed gearbox? or the intelligent X-drive system? terrible car to drive ;-) I know Americans don't like cornering or other complexe movements like shifting, so for them they make AWD cars with fixed F/R ratio, slow gearboxes, smooth fading brakes,fuel consuming engines, plastic interior, simple suspension...

After all, much cheaper to build!

i`ve been today to my bmw car dealer, to check the new X6, as it only arrived this week. it is worth all the cash. perhaps in the negative reviews they have considered you can`t carry potato bags and bricks. but if you want that you can buy a mercedes(it does make trucks).

the x6 is awsum.
