Doug passed away a few days ago and he will be missed. He had a passion for art, literature and music that is rarely seen. He was misunderstood though. He treated his students as adults, showing them all forms of art and let them decide what they thought of it. Those that were offended wanted to have things sensored for them, he wanted you to decide for yourself. If you flinched or balked at a concept based solely upon your initial reaction, you failed. He just wanted you to think.

This was an excellent documentary. I don't necessarily agree with some of the things in it, but I certainly liked this teacher and the film.
