They could have given her a years ban then for she certainly broke the law!
The laws were put in place by her Labour Party to make the Scottish Parliament more open and transparent than the sleaze and sludge over party funding and expenses that Westminster is sinking in.

SHE broke the rules, SHE faces the consequence, SHE is to blame for the loss of representation for the people Paisley, if they have a problem with it they'll vote for someone else next time.
Chances are the MSPs won't vote for it anyway, especially now that she has stood down from her leadership post.
