There is no fear, no guilt, and no hatred where truth is permitted to sound, providing an opportunity to actualize with reality rather than an obligation to accept an idea on its credentials instead of its substance.
Infinite awareness or infinite life in the Universe or within a succession of them is a possibility, but I tend to be very skeptical, especially with ideas that appeal to me. You said we all want to know what is real. I prize accuracy over gratification and in many ways, the former often precedes the latter in the abnormally analytical mind.
Brilliant. I understand you completely. I've actually been playing with the same idea for a while now, talking about it with friends. Everything that has ever happened did so in the present or in the same instant that everything else happens. We don't move through time... In a sense, time moves through us. We see change and our memory and our naturally beneficial tendency to anticipate change creates the illusion of flow.
You have some very deep insights and you seem to listen just as well as you speak. I seem to spend most of my time thinking about the exact thing you're talking about... The existence of now. 'instantaneous eternity' is what I've called the idea.
I'm definately going to be browsing your other videos.
Tell em Burt. How could a thought up sense of self grasp the Now, How could a thought that exists in time(with a beginning and end) grasp the timeless? Bring them home.
