Thanks for the great looking dinner idea Jen! I used to make a stir fry with Uncle Ben's Sweet and Sour sauce, but they no longer make it. Now I i will be able to make this on the weekend when I have my girls! Thanks a million!

That S&S pineapple chicken recipe looks so tasty Jen! Boston Pizza used to do a similar dish that I used to order all of the time. Instead of rice, they would use penne and instead of sweet & sour, they would use a mild curry sauce. The pineapple and chicken together really works well. But like all good dishes, it disappeared from their menu (:>

yummy! I don't really like rice, but this recipe looks like it spices it up nicely. I have a bag of rice that I got for free that I'm trying to use up.
