@Jpromark - I've personally met "Sugarfoot" the several times I've gone to NAMM the past few years. He is one of the most humble and down to earth guys you'll ever meet. And also, trust me, he's toying around in this video. NO ONE got the opportunity to play for the Jackson Five on tour, as well as Michael Jackson just because of their nickname! There's a VALID reson the music industry nicknamed him Sugarfoot. That's just how good his technique as a drummer is! Trust Me!!!!!

Have you ever seen a double bass drum pedal? The second pedal is attached to a rod that runs back to where the two mallets are attached and attack the drum head. My guess is that it's the same type of thing---they probably have multiple pedals in front of them that run rods out to the other drums' locations.

@geckotrouble .... i disagree that his kit is ridiculous ... personally i use a four piece kit , but I am not terry bozzio ... he has his reasons for using that drumset and they are legitimate for HIM .... regarding him putting a great deal into this video ... these DC videos have terry playing with every drummer that comes on , there is no way he can totally get into it every single time ...not everyone is going to make a musical connection . It is not his fault .
