your recipies are very healthy. What do you do when you go out?

When I go out I try to order what is on my eating plan. Usually a steak and veggies, salad with oil and vinegar.

If I don't plan on eating out when I am out I take a few hard boiled eggs and some brown rice and beans with olive oil, lemon and dill.

I love to eat out BTW but can't afford it as much as we used to.

These look so yummy. I know my sweetie would love them. I can't have much sugar,but I found a "no sugar added" at the Whole Foods Market that would work great for this treat. The best part is there are still no artificial sweetners added :)

Yes, I checked youTube for help. I really enjoyed watching the 14 year old boys using FCE. They are so good at it.

I am now doing lesson 5 and 6 over again. once I understand them I think I can move on. I am very new to a video camera, months is all. (3)
