The way the DD50 sounds, it's exactly like a 1996-2000 New Flyer D60HF from NYCT! It just has a V-drive tranny....

No NJT Transit Flxibles have Voith transmissions. 1967 has a Zf tranny.
No....NJT Flxible Metro D #1967 had the DD S50 to a ZF 5HP-590 V-drive :)

I believe Pittsburgh had S50/Voith powered Flxibles as their first batch for Flxs in 1993-94 (the second batch was S50/Allison).

Same kind of powertrain as some TMC and NovaBus RTS buses.
