I tried Twitter today and I still don't...get it. Like, i know millions of people clearly DO get it but the biggest puzzle for me was....why would someone who doesn't know me, follow ME? I understand why someone would follow Stephen Fry or Kanye West, but why would Greg from Nebraska follow me? And after thinking about that for 10 seconds, then concluding he wouldn't, I closed the window and signed back into Facebook.

If you want to blast a message to your entire list you log into your Twitter back-office and click on the "Home" tab and you will see an empty field under "What are you doing?" This is where you post a message to your followers.
