@chadvonswan You find it after your first mission with Marshall on the road back to Armadillo, and you will get the side quest of saving the treasure hunter. If you kill his two attackers, he'll reward you with a map of his. After you find each bit of treasure, the map updates and allows you to search for new treasure.

Sorry about the darkness but when you go down in the cellar it's like right in the front pretty easy to see.
