this is a classic example of the horrible direction skateboarding could go in! yes this kid is amazingly talented! I may be selfish but i like the idea of skateboarding being a closed in community! energy drink sponcers, tv shows ect ect invites every kook and his dog in.

@gimmieaids serious man? Skateboarding sponsorship (ie product sponsors, drinks, tv shows, magazines, newspapers) has been around since the 60s. Fact is, without sponsor ship it would just be another dying sport because there would be no money and no publicity. Talent is talent no matter age, looks, or whats written on his shirt or helmet.!

@MrMikeMe you have entirely missed the point of skateboarding, its about personal achievement not johnny come lately sponsorship deals and tv shows. the fact of the matter your forgetting is skateboarding has died in the past! late 80's early 90's was when some of skateboardings best was invented. bottom line is if there was no big sell out compititions, if there was no stupid sell out tv shows and if there was no stupid tv shows skateboarding will survive for thoughs who acctually get it.
