@WestCoastCaws I got that on DVD! He was a test character for a potential Teen Titans show. Kenner was even in the proposal stages for TT action figures and playset. Some have rumored that prototypes were even created. Tomart's Action Figure Digest revealed the sketches for Titan Tower and Wonder Girl in issue #88.
