i love how byakuya is so devoted to hisana even after she has passed away for so long. its so sweet that he'd stare at her picture so lovingly!! (as lovingly as byakuya can get) it must be painful for byakuya because rukia resembles hisana quite strongly. perhaps thats what drives him to protect rukia as well besides his promise to hisana

Byakuya really was in a bad dilemma in the beginning. He had promised his parents to never break the law again (which he had done previously by marrying a commoner) and had promised Hisana to find and look after Rukia. He must have been tortured during Rukia's trial, not wanting to disrespect his parents' honour by breaking the law to save her, yet feeling he was betraying Hisana by not protecting her sister. Actually made me cry when he finally came clean and explained himself :)

I was trying to give that lyric to someone else to show that Hisana has a different home. Sorry if that didn't quite get translated through the video very well. ^^;

I love AMVs of Bleach movies. Especially "Fade to Black" if I remember the name right. The animation is just so smooth in the movies, and the colors, the expressions.... everything is breathtakingly beautifully done. But many AMVs can't really bring that feeling to the watchers, which is very sad.

But this video. It's absolutely perfect. The music fits the theme and the clips.

I love this. Absolutely, positively love this. It's got to be the best Bleach AMV I've seen so far.

These types of videos always make me cry. I adore Byakuya but hate it how he always has sorrow in his eyes you can always see glimpses of it. And I think that that is one of the reasons he didn't look at Ruika, he remembered Hisana and the memory was too painful. He has gone through so much sadness. He deserves to be happy.

I love this video!! Best out of all the ones so far. I am a big Byakuya fan. I love the story of him and Hisana. I would love for them to tell how they met and how she got sick and he went against his family to marry her.

But his heart has soften since Rukia is now his sister. But I wonder if they would ever give him a new love interest to care on the Kuchiki bloodline.

@7SariSalva7 Hisana abandoned Rukia in Rukongai when they were sent to the Soul Society after they died in the World of the Living. Sometime after, Hisana married Byakuya. Hisana died before she could find Rukia again. Byakuya found her a year later, and ADOPTED her as his adopted sister. Rukia was not aware that Hisana was her biological sister, therefore making her Byakuya's sister-in-law, until after Aizen left the Soul Society. Hisana and Rukia are biological siblings.

@AlicexJuliusxx OH, haha, I see. That makes sense. Hisana is Byakuya's deceased wife, and Rukia's biological sister (though she wasn't aware until after the Soul Society arc). Hisana died 50 years before the storyline. They were only married for five years.
