I know how to kill the bacteria.. you need Amoxicillin. My dentist prescribed it to me and in 2 days I was ok. make sure you get Amoxicillin because I went to the ER the night I saw my swollen jaw and the stupid Doctor at the ER instead of Amoxicillin prescribed me Penicillin which make the pain worst and does nothing to help you. But my dentist explain to me that Amoxicillin is the only antibiotic that can help you in this case.

Ooouch It looks like nothin but that hurts.. :'(

1. Gently brush your teeth around the infected/inflamed area.

2. Rinse your mouth out with luke-warm saltwater after brushing them.

3. Take any over-counter analgesic (pain reliever). Like asprin.

If it hasn't gotten too infected, this will sometimes kill off the bacteria before it gets to the point of needing antibiotics, in any case, it greatly decreases the pain and swelling.
