  • WHAT I'VE LEARNED FROM THIS VIDEO:

    SHOOT FIRST, THEN ROB...

  • Systema stands for Silly!

  • chuck norris will beat this shit!!

  • i clicked on this becuase i was curious about two guys kissing

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaappppppppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

  • WARNING! "Systema" AGAINST THAI BOXING and VALETUDO IS INEFFICIENT,

'CAUSE IT'S NOT TRAIN WITH REAL FIGHTS, ITS ALWAYS SIMPLE TRAINING

AND RALLENTY MOVES!! NOTHING OF CONCRETE AND APPLICABLE.

DO YOU REALLY THINK THAT "SYSTEMA " IS A GOOD DEFENCE? I DON'T THINK SO!

THE BEST DEFENSE ARE: THAI BOXING AND VALETUDO (MMA).

    do not be fooled

  • @VincenzoFlor Systema looks like it's meant to take down anyone that approaches you with a weapon. Sure, maybe against some martial arts master it's not effective, but against a thug with a knife it's a defense that will beat your enemy with less risk then normal martial arts.

Basically, it's for soldiers. You don't fight martial arts masters in war, you fight other soldiers with weapons. You need to be able to counter them quickly and effectively, no matter what weapon they have.

  • @VincenzoFlor Didn't want to take more then one post, but I have something to add.

Those simple punches you see that aren't applicable and aren't concrete are actually accurate attacks of specific points on the body. They hit in the places it not only hurts, but places where it disables people.

It may not look like much, but that's the point. It's not showy, it's not entertaining. It drops the enemy in a second, that's all it needs to do. One punch to drop an enemy. Pretty effective.

  • @0dragonice0 don't think so, you dont do a good training

  • @VincenzoFlor Please, systema is a more realistic defense. Systema is meant to take down enemies with weapons like knives, guns, etc.

Systema isn't meant to fight thai boxing or valetudo, it's meant to fight soldiers or anyone below that without taking any hits or risks. Streek punks? No problem.

Your martial arts would be far better if you got attacked by ninjas, however.

  • @VincenzoFlor And how long have you been training Systema?

I mean, without properly training anything, you can't really expect others to value your input on it, so I assume you have a minimum of one years experience.

I don't think you have ever seen Systema in real life, you should go visit a training place and ask to train with them, you'll be surprised.

  • @Trenatos IT'S OK YOUR REPLY, BUT WATCH THAT VIDEO!! IS PATHETIC: SLOW MOVES, SLOW TRAINING.... NOTHING THAT APPENS IN REAL LIFE. IN VALETUDO E THAI BOXE WE COMBAT WHILE WE TRAIN

  • @VincenzoFlor That's part of the training.

The slow sparring is mimicking real life movements, and as you get better you also train much faster.

Another reason for the slow speed in the video is that they are demonstrating for the camera and other people.

I really suggest that you go visit some place where they train, they can better explain then I can.

  • @Trenatos there aren't videos where you trained with real fight, no one! its seems like Aikido!

  • ражно! bullshit.

  • i wish i could learn this skill i have achieved multiple black belts in martial arts such as aikedo karate tai boxing and kickboxing

  • @wehrmacht95 did't know each had multiple black belts, thought the only had one in each style :P

  • @cheek1a2x1 thats what i meant sorry 4 the confusion

  • great system, terrible choice of music ha ha i mean, come on......snap?

  • the tumbnail looked wrong

  • @EPICCCP You say that? XD IT looked way to wrong! XD HAHAAHA

  • I don't know anything about martial arts, but I'm going to take a guess here: 5:00 - There is a weak, sensitive spot, between the muscles, that's just below the sternum. Is that where the shot is being delivered?

  • @carlsetzer Is the same spot that causes certain chest anomalies, idk it feels like a really weird burn and sometimes like a chest ache. So I am going to guess as well that it is a sensitive spot. Actually I have a ab muscles, yet I feel like my finger can go in a bit. Oo It takes years of research and combat to find all these spots I bet.

  • @Raziel354 its called the solar plexus and its where the diaphragm seals the lower organs from the lungs to maintain the pressure difference that allows lungs to expand and deflate. hitting it causes the lung pressure to change rapidly and forces all the air out of the lungs.

  • @theoriginalmyky :O!!!! Well at least I know the name now. xd thx

  • @carlsetzer its called called the solar plexus and its where the diaphragm seals the lower organs from the lungs to maintain the pressure difference that allows lungs to expand and deflate. hitting it causes the lung pressure to change rapidly and forces all the air out of the lungs.

  • @theoriginalmyky: Sounds plausible, like getting the wind knocked out. It's hard to see, but it looks like the blow deliverer is getting a knuckle or a thumb in there. If anything it looks painful.

  • 4:45 Imagine what that bar must be like at Happy hour. In Soviet Russia, fighting system learns YOU!

  • From what I have seen different units train completely different arts. The majority use some form of combat sambo, some ROSS and others Kadochnikov systema. I have never seen any real evidence of Ryabko systema being taught formally however I have met a number of serving spetz guys who train with him. They all seem pretty convinced he is genuine. A couple of these guys learnt kadochnikov systema in spetz before training with Ryabko in their own time.

  • This was created by SPETSNAZ guys but it isn't what they officially do, they do SAMBO> It's a gimmick.

  • @scnarb u knida have a point sir.....Cossacks have their own system which they train spetsnaz troops in...Most VDV use combat sambo and Karate....GRU rukopanshi boi or Kadochnikov style by Alersky Kadochinkov ...this is most certaily used to Train elite Spetsnaz Troops..MVD use ROSS....Ryabko systema?never seen a clip of ryabko systema being taught to Spetsnaz Troops only Kadochinkov Style..BUT yuh got to admit Vladimir got real skill....btw Konstatin was from GRU and romours say Leart K-systema

  • @Trinieffects

Exactly. But yes Ryabko's Systema is certainly intriguing and I'm sure Vladimir can handle himself well.

  • Systema is Russian Aikido. It seems to stem from similar spiritual principles, but is also based on sound mechanics of fluidity and internal power.

  • my experience has been the weirder it seems , and from the least likely source, the more it works. strange , old, and out of shape guys tend to throw the worst beatings and hurt locks. but i guess thats part of it, you overlook them and boom! your wondering what just happened...

  • lol what a crock of shit

  • I am from St. Lucia

  • Wish systema was in the Caribbean I would study it

  • @geeryukarate what country are you from man? im form trinidad.check out my vids on Soviet Military system:handgun techniques. i practise both systemas, kadochnikov style and vasiliev systema.i use to do krav maga.i know some ross and combat sambo and the usual shotokan and aikido bbj etc had 1 year in these three

  • @Trinieffects Krav Maga and the systemas: How do they compare?

  • @qwertyuiop298 well the Krav i used to Practise was commando krav maga for a while.... CKM was created by moni aizik but he turned out to be a fraud....IT closely Resembls Marine Corps Martial Art Programs and imo the techniques are very valid......It fast and brutal imo but only effective for one opponent..very technique based.....but systema gun and knife defence is much better

  • i have experienced this myself, there is nothing fake about this video this fat guy would kick all of ur asses

  • "We could spend a lot of time describing and explaining some kind of good fruit, but if you never taste it, you won't get the benefits of having it." - Vladimir Vasiliev

  • @BushidoBudo9000: Apparently comments on a mobile device sucks. The point is that if you train with a compliant opponent you will expect a real opponent in reality to act the same way. along with the too deadly to spar argument makes the entire system suspect.

  • Comment removed

  • To all the haters , i have recently started learning systema and it is insanely good, you may be thinking ofcourse my oppinion may not be a credential, but I dare you to visit a systema seminar and leave without a changed oppinion.

This vid is ofcourse designed for mere examples so it does seem staged to some extent , but if you seem them in a real fight its over in about 3 seconds.

  • lol

  • 5:01

  • Whenever something is made to look so easy...it usually is giving a false impression. With a good deal of BJJ experience and military experience (in a combat MOS) i can tell you these moves will rarely if ever be effective against a live opponent. And i'm sure if you where to ask as spetsnaz about hand to hand he would tell you what every military man would tell you: use high % moves, not showy crap.

  • @corndawgz88

this is big bull shit of systema in this video this is not real work

all this is only traning for mind and body real work is not here

and this guy in this video really sucks trust me

here take a look on this one

    watch?v=1oScPeYRPsw

  • Qualities you acquire with systema are the same that in every other martial arts.

Breathing, reaction, anticipation, accurate moves, timing etc.

The differences are in the way you train, with a pragmatic issue, while in other martial arts, the philosophical aspect has a greater part of the training. The "fat" man is clearly a great martial artist.

  • and we make no secret that our system is collected from various martial arts, gave up all the excess, hooked physics and anatomy ... and they were invented specifically for special forces ... And here is our product ... nothing more ... no guru worship the masters ... no unnecessary movements ... Greetings from Russia

  • HE REALLY SUCKS OMG

  • omg how much this guy sucks at 0:43

  • I'd like to see a systema master challenging a MMA fighter or any other martial arts champion just for making sure its not bullshit... but anyway systema is impressive!

  • that guy from 1:42 to 2:53 he really sucks

  • wicked 53 seconds me getting bashed by russian minister lol

  • Great form, man.

  • know what - not bothered what sort of music they have over the vid... not bothered if the instructor wears camo or a Gi.... hell I'm not even concerned that there seems to be be much 'passive aggressive' would be attackers on this video.

My only real question is this:

Why is it so hard to find footage of these techniques working in a 'real world' situation?

Drills are fine and they are useful for developing muscle memory and so on... but they are still with some compliance.

  • @scopeophile, you might be mistaking the ability to withstand/minimize damage with compliance. Learning how to actually take blows, leverages, etc, is based on relaxation, body wholeness and "going with the flow". This isn't compliance, as I think you are intending it.

If you want a video of no compliance, as you mean it, it would be an actual out-to-damage-you fight, and it would end up that way because the other guy doesn't know how to take it. If he did, he would be more "compliant".

  • i'm telling u this is complete bullshit what they doing...i've tried it its useless against boxing or wrestling

  • @MrStechkin Systems is useful against boxing, remeber, a kick in the shin then putting your palm over their eyes and make a headlock is quite effective

  • @weijin1 Yes mate no doubt its effective if I for example stay still while the guy will do all that moves on me...russians like praising everything whats theirs the best, i am from russia myself and studied what they call systema in army, russians only gave their name to nature's rules,i personally prefer APS - automatic pistol of Stechkin.

  • @MrStechkin because you are retard

  • @dane991 fuck off twat

  • And I really don't care whether Systema is a 100,000 years old or was invented last Tuesday ...!

It's mostly very simple & effective body mechanics (SP?), really anybody can figure it out by just thinking about it. That's why it's good for the army - simple and effective, comparable easy to learn.

It just isn't a competition sport or a rigid traditional MA - ppl seem to have a problem understanding that.

  • For all the cyber-warriors who claim Systema is BS - it's really very easy:

go to a Systema school - there's plenty around and the schools usually love visitors.

Bring along a little camera, play with the guys and girls and then post the video under "How I beat the s**t outta the systema guys".

I haven't seen too many of those videos - in fact, havn't seen any ... ;)

  • StrengthFrom you need to go study history, Mikhail 'Porky' etc invented Systema, basically pure BS designed to con & fleece very gullible Americans & Europeans out of money, in that respect it works. Systema has NOT been around since the 10 th Century absolute nonsense, there were martial arts in Russia for centuries , modern Systema is taken from diff. arts + hefty dose of BS from 'Porky'. 100% of people that believe in Systema as effective self defence = 100% of people clueless on selfdefence!

  • raswakeup.

    you ever punched "porky"?

or how about Vlad? I have. or I tried it, and got schooled.

if you are truly interested in what you are capable of martially, and not just win some ego sport game, you owe it to yourself to go check systema out.

Cause these guys are major badass fighting guys and truly relaxed and compassionate humans. a truly rare and beautiful combination.

and you could use a little of that compassion, my friend.

    be well

  • akimko123 how many times were you dropped on your head as a child?

  • Why go this guy not fighting in Ring... he is good !!! yes i see this ....he will see... what is a real fight ... brasilian figthers ,,, fedor ,, brock,, kimbo,, buss.. this is not fighting street....this ma n is very shympatik.... but not a stret fighter... nice guy with his vision to help people without figthing experience akimo love all figthers ever... my idol Fedor

  • Don't mean to sound synical but to me some of the guys just seem to be falling over at the first touch...LAME!...I reckon someone who uses Krav Maga would own a Systema fighter in a street fight

  • For the purposes of demonstration, would it make sense to go all out and severely hurt someone? Demonstrating to a class and executing in the street are two different things

  • excellente video qui donne envie que des clubs s ouvre un peu plus en France

  • Not sure if Systema being used by Spetnaz is a myth or not. Systema is a modern invention not hundreds of years old as they claim. Sure Russian martial arts existed for long time, but they were not Systema. Systema people like Mikhail invented a lot of it, & compiled other stuff from different arts. The main aim of the invention of modern Systema was to fleece very gullible Americans & Europeans keen to learn the deadly Rusian arts that Special Forces use.

  • @TheCoreValues Watched a documentary on Discovery about the Spetznatz against the green berets. The Spetnatz dude said that they used systema. And they kicked the GB's asses!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheCoreValues it has been around since the 10th century.

  • @TheCoreValues,

if it worked for spetsnaz, i'm sure it would work on the street. spetsnaz werent beginners you know^^

  • people seriously believe this stuff works in the street? quite ridiculous, Sytema is a modern art (not a secret art thats been around centuries) designed to fleece gullible Americans & Europeans out of money.

  • Systema is actually the art that they teach the Spetsnaz special forces.

  • que haces si viene bruce lee y 7 enanos con cuchillo? eh? jaja, que preguntas y comparaciones ridiculas.

No existe el mejor arte marcial, existe el mejor luchador.

  • AMERICA!!!! FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!! RULES!!!!!! so estoy deacuredo cok guzel tebrikler UR FACES !! lol jk russia dominates!!!!

  • çok güzel tebrıkler

  • wheres the school/dojo

  • estoy deacuerdo.

  • I train in Krav Maga but I'm also interest in Systema, Keysi and Kali. Hope to try my hand in all of these one day.

By the way, cannot help but laugh at the tough e-warriors who diss one system in favor of another, this seems to be a constant case with MMA fans, unfortunately

  • i love how the toughest guy looks like a fat blob!

  • Unfortunately what most of them don't know is trapping is difficult with gloves, but not street fighting. So street fighting and MMA are two very different worlds. Not to mention wrestling is a bad idea when other people might join the fight. Wing Chun, not to get into different styles but as an example, is great at demonstrating how effective trapping can be. I study Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun, Kali, Kadochnikov Systema, Krav Maga. Never heard of Keysi! What can you tell me about it?

  • @FractalBolt Those UFC Wannabe's don't know what they're talking about until they have trained in a Systema class or any other form of self defense, not sport martial arts. Systema has been proven in combat, it is used by the modern russian special forces Spetsnaz, the former KGB, and now the FSB, the people who make fun of Systema have just seen videos on the internet and no nothing about the actual martial art.

  • @FractalBolt Umm it's been a year...did you move into Systema? And if you did, could you tell me how it compares to Krav Maga?

  • @FractalBolt As you say the "constant case of MMA fans", they will always be fans and never a true martial artists.

  • The guy at .57 must have super powers. The guy fell over without being hit. :P

  • Nej. sebeobrana....

  • Whoa, is youtube censoring now? FUCK. Did that show up?

  • Come on, a formerly secretive martial arts system made by one of the best special elite units in the world, spetsnaz, does an art called systema, and you people out there are arrogant enough to say thats bullshit?

I'd like to see some of you haters out there go into combat against a spetsnaz/ GRU elite. You will die.

  • ^^ Very true

  • Only a total idiot would proclaim any martial art as invincible. Different sytles suit different situations but this stuff it seems is only effective on people who flop on the floor after being hit once. I'd like to see one of these guys against a Krav Maga, BJJ, MMA or Sambo fighter. Spaz

  • @BushidoBudo9000

A short list of problems with this video...

0:44. Compliance. Tickling doesn't do that.

0:57. Compliance. Dude throws himself around.

1:06. Compliance. Some attempt to regain a stable base would be nice.

1:14. Interesting kick defense. But only likely to work with extremely telegraphed attack.

    1:29. Seriously?

1:44. That knife disarm will get you killed.

    2:07. Compliance.

2:12. Interesting scissor takedown. That one might work without the excessive COMPLIANCE. See a theme here?

  • @albinocaveslug I dont disagree with any of these factors. It is true that the "attackers" in this video also move like a Systema dude, very loose and also complient. But the key things are, these guys have such fluidity of motion as second nature and such good footwork that even in a real situation they can remain loose and agile, which is the most important thing. Its all about adjusting and applying to how you train. Kinda like drawing strengths from a kata, even tho a kata isnt for fights.

  • @BushidoBudo9000 Oh yeah. If he says it, it MUST be true.

  • show respect to other martial arts

  • soviets..

  • I went to at least one of the seminars of this video.

I give it my vote as real inspirational training from proper hard geezers.

I was there forming my opinion rather than just watching a wee video.

  • its all choreographed, just like britney spears,

  • its a bunch of bullshit, russians are notorious for marketing bullshit.

  • im so sick of know it alls just shut tha fuk up u would get snapped by these guys end of story i dont videos of you on u tube beating these guys until then fuk off

  • agreed

  • agreed x2

  • Beautiful!!!:-D

  • Know many russian operators do you? Most SF spend the bulk of their time doing task specific training, i.e. hard skills they'll use in the field. H2H is a pretty low priority when you're a fit aggressive bloke carrying a long gun, short and knife. I don't know any russian operators but i'd imagine combat sambo and general mma style training is more what they do. I've trained in systema for a year as a younger man, but have since stopped drinking the cool aid.

  • mate it works just fine even BETTER than mma

  • mma was never meant for warzone combats. it's a sport specific discipline. anyways, systema is full of shit. check out krav maga instead

  • K M is a good art but has no life to it its still the same as any art he punchs with A you counter with B systema works well and yes could say i tested it a bit

  • True most of Russia's operartors use combat sambo and general MMA. Russia's Spetsnaz is the only group specifically trained in Systema .

  • @brian09037 '

Yeah, and Spetznaz is Russias most hardcore elites! FFS Systema PWNS, just like Krav Maga...Im gonna start doin' KM and Systema, we'll se the result later on...

  • This is, without a doubt, one of the biggest wastes of time you could find. Aside from perhaps improving your flexibility. It's marginally less use than aikido for having an actual fight. Try it at 2am in a car-park and see how far it gets you...

  • Well,, you are strong man WhoisBadgerNo1.Please dont scare us.

  • wow you must be a fucking fighting pro, no one really asked what you thought

  • wow this looks awesome

personally i prefer krav maga as its not nearly as tenichal (grabs) as this and my style is more stricking than grabs

  • what gay music

  • Where can I see footage of Systema used in a full-speed sparring match or fight?

  • type in "systema compilation" to the search bar thingy, and click the black and white looking video with a guy in a suit or guys in Russian cammies.... full speed, no joke, INSANE in the membrane...

  • At least go to one class of systema before saying that it doesn't work, "Prove it on the ring"?? Do you even know what you are saying?? Its not a sport, but I believe that if you are so curious about the "more realistic and not slow mo"...check the video Systema Sparring 2:50 and Systema fistfighting 1:32...these videos shows a little bit what systema is about in stand up fighting..and by the way..we spar with no mma gloves ..in the video they do but here in Russia is without gloves..hehehe

  • i met a few systema guys b4 the technique does work n is impressive its just that the ability to make it work is debatable

  • It makes me so mad that people cant understand the simple difference between combative martial arts / systems and sports... so one more time here we go, one is designed with rules to ensure the safety of both SPORT players, and one is designed so YOU are the one walking away from the altercation, and not your attacker, no rules no ref's no disqualifications,,,

  • I agree, I even went as far as no longer useing the term "Martial Arts" , instead we I use "Martial Reality" or "Martial Realist."

  • It is in slow motion to prevent the breaking of bones, it is not used in the octagon beacause mma and self defence are diffrent things, it is effective in real life situations, this is why it has been so successfull for the Russian army, Krav maga is not used in the ring do you belive that is ineffective on the streets aswell?

  • ummm it slow motion fighting- totally unrealistic and completely untrainable for the average operator. If its so good, why not figh in the octagon. It doesn't work, people are flying through the air and attacking in slow motion like trained puppets. Sorry, I don't buy it. Prove it in the ring.

  • My friend, this superceeds impracticality haha. Only a small percentage of Spetsnaz train in this bullshido, Vladimir accentuates this himself.

  • @ 2:53 Was the guy trying to hug him or something? I realise it's only a demonstration video, but come on! Set up some real situations instead of this gay bullshit.

  • I think this is really impressive. There is a video posted of Spetznaz doing this and it looks really good. It looks like its all based on ballance and energy.

  • i train freestyle and krav maga also tried keysi or k.f.m i would,nt dismiss this till i tried it for at least a few months the body movement looks intresting and fluid ,also ufc is a sport this isnt just like krav maga....

  • It would be good to this used in a real full motion fight.

  • i like to see this b..shit happen against a experienced HOOLIGAN fighter.... knighty night i think

  • mate every body gaurd on this plannet uses principals and techniques from the russian systema system. minimum effort for max damage, every military fighting system works on the same principals. a hoologan fighter would be down and out in the first move, garanteed.

  • why is there not even one systema fighter represented in the ufc? if it is so easy to fight this bullshit way?

and no.. not all body gards train this stupid shit! for sure not! more like tony blauer and bob spour. its also not perfect, but much more effective.. period

  • Works very well, I've been learning it for a while and it's very effective in not only teaching you technique but much more of the psychology behind staying calm, relaxed and focusing to survive in a real situation.

  • lol, like to see you to duke it with one of them. easy to say that sitting behind you computer.

  • please give me one of the fighters of this movie.. please you can choose wich one

  • ??? what ru talking about??

  • You should look up systema europe and see how that turns out for u. Look for the guy with the dark hair thats on cover of vid bro. Good luck!

  • maby we can meet? than we can talk.. for sure i will come! i like to you maby not from holland??? i hope so

  • umm, right. you want to meet?? why would that be, and no unfortunately i do not live in holland.

  • where can i learn this style

  • where can i learn this style

  • eu acho q essa porra naum funciona...

  • yummy sexy Russian men killn with style mmmmmm

i need ta order me one of those

  • Its been said many times over again on these systema videos. If you dont believe it works, go attend a class. From what i understand, you dont even have to make an appointment. If you still think its crap, then you have something to say. Too many people are looking from the outside in. When it come to martial arts, sometimes you have to look beyond what you perceive from watching a video. I thought then same thing about ninpo until i felt it. Gave up a hard earned black belt to train in ninpo.

  • rightly so... sistema is spetsnaz's business project...haha.

  • SAMBO???

is it the brother of Samba ?

does also have nice mulatas dancing???

  • I have been training in Systema for only about 4 months now and I can assure you, this is not BS. Similar to many other martial disciplines, you train to use your assailants power against them and the physics of force dissipation & redirection are key. The training is almost military as you learn to overcome the natural aversion any sane individual has in striking and causing another human pain. This is developed in an environment of utmost respect for your training partner and yourself.

  • mate do u ever mix it up and do boxing and other stuff aswel

like im doing weights and bit of cardio to put on muscle and look good put looking at systema is good cos is works on defense which ties in with my ethos

  • a bit like aikido, but not aikido.. hmm, interesting

  • wow, russians are crazy,

no wonder they are so awesome

  • almost all forms of military training in the world demand that you seize & control the weapon wielding limb prior to disarming. by not doing so, you're leaving yourself open to gunshot, stab wounds, etc.

  • Interesting footage and fighting technique, but there were too many flaws in the training. Not to mention, a lot of theoretical techniques and scenarios. There were so many times where the "victim" would've taken a dirt-nap if he were to use these counters in a violent real life situation.

  • you would think so because it doesnt look like he's really doing much, but there are just too many really subtle movements its almost impossible to catch that are used to turn a good move into a great move, and totally alter the other guy's momentum for your advantage.

  • there are some valuable things to be learned from this style. however, it seems to be making common mistakes that can be found in so many "reality-based" martial arts systems. as a trained fighter, I'm just asking all subsequent viewers to not fall victim to false assurance in controlled setting scenarios.

  • that guy is lke a goddamned ox!

  • i agreed with you to the point where you say "step in" but there are no REAL system my friend.....every 1 has their own reality and REAL System. would be up to the teacher and the student.

    God bles you all

  • where can One learn this stuff? I live in michigan, are there like dojos or something or is it strictly military shit?

  • haha who ever says this doesnt work, i train, the third pic at the begin is my coach,,,, ppl that are good at this will take u to the ground before u can say ur own name n u wont even kno wat happened

  • who knows???? some one, out there, is better than what you think.

    God bless you

  • бред какой то....в реальной жизни хотелось бы посомтреть как он повторил бы
