Word up people. I am 35 now but played junior US football, in the UK ,for a four or five seasons and we all had our favorite team but also all loved the Raiders deeply. It was mostly because if they were getting beaten they would just resort to brutalizing the opposition and raise the body count as quickly as possible. I miss playing this sport a lot and wish there had been more money put into it here in Britain but I did experience the sheer exhilaration of the game for a time. Cheers.
