I didn't like the Flying Dragon either. I wrote to China Glaze and complained. It was so hard to apply and dried ugly and matte. I have the Secret Periwinkle too, but haven't used it yet, so I am glad to hear you liked yours.

good video. im gonna pick up that periwinkle. I have the flying dragon, i hated it too, but once i added a couple coats of clear, and cleaned it up- its sooooo pretty!

i think its dries matte because its has a lot of glitter

this is soooooo scary i have on secret periwinkle on my left hand and flying dragon on my right...but i like both flying dragon is a cool polish

i thought the same thing with the flying dragon- there was like . . . no indication it would be matte *ssooo disappointed* i do wear it still after a couple coats of it and a seche vite top coat it's shiny, but still such a pain! :)
