@kapesun I don't think they released a bioweapon, since they set up secret morgue immediately following. I think they cooked/blistered/burned the ppl with microwave energy, and they couldn't explain this. Then, ppl who came in contact with microwaves, were injured under the skin, and later the skin died on top, due to being partially cooked, similar to how a microwave oven works.
