This does not reflect the real Japanese people that I know; in fact, I think these actors may be of other ethnicities (Korean, Chinese, American). Some YouTube viewers assumed it was a real Japanese comedy show and went off on Japanese people. What is so dangerous about this video being out there without explanation is that this could increase hate crimes toward Asians in general. Check out the response on YouTube and see how many times the word "Jap" is used.

Appearently, this was created for an American Show. It's a skit parodying the Japanese perception of an American family. So it is not Japanese in origin. But Obviously they thought it was Japanese in origin. Several people used the term "Japs." Here's an example of something being on the internet without correct information attached to it. It's dangerous.
