What a great idea!
I'm an artist documenting how to change monoculture spruce plantations here in Ireland into sustainable forests, so we don't have to import and threaten other parts of the world. But we need better policies too

What sort of EUROPEAN UNION needs laws like these ?
Convention for Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms ( Treaty of Rome ).
Article 15. Derogation ( i.e. EXCEPTION ) in time of emergency.
Paragraph 2. No derogation from Article 2 ( Right to life ) EXCEPT in respect of deaths resulting from lawful acts of war, or from Articles 3 ( Torture ),4 (Slavery and Forced Labour) and 7 ( No Punishment Without Law ), shall be made under this provision.
