This is GREAT ,The Indian guy who talked to these guys ...told them the truth...Black people should look for solutions to their problems.Its no good giving up and finding a reason to.Get in and get involved.Great stuff to see these entrepreneurs making it in Silicon valley.Lets change our attitudes and learn from those who are ahead.Well done guys!

wow breaking barriers...im a young black male looking to start up my own company,I think a lot of the reason most ceo's are white is because minorities (some) lack confidence and some just dont aim that high,but i know it will all soon change.
