I really like how clean and neat everything looks. I hate when people have a cluttered messy game room with old pcs and stuff like that. This looks like a nice place people would want to hang out.

@dadofducks My wife is my best supporter. I repair boards for fun too and often have parts, equipment and schematics spread all over the floor with a cloud of soldering smoke wafting through the basement into the laundry room.

Beautiful games! It's great to see others who really appreciate the full size games as well and give them a nice home away from the arcade where so many just don't appreciate these games anymore. It's a blessing to have a wife who supports you in your collecting these games. Most women I talk to all tell me that I'm doomed to be single for life. lol. Anyway... my collection is small but growing.

@MrZombieIsHungry Thanks! I grew up with these games and got the first one (Galaxian) about 30 yeras ago. You know, when we first got married I was gonna throw out that Galaxian and my wife convinced me to keep it and got me the PacMan and then the Asteroids for two of my birthdays. I am a lucky guy :-)

@subron6er Naw, it has an Asteroids boardset and a Lunar Lander boardset that is wired so I can switch to it. The Star Wars is fun to play, but it was hard to get in my basement ... I got stuck going down the stairs and I had to cut the ceiling..

I got my first game almost 25 years ago also, it was the Double Play baseball pinball game in the video. She says the Coke machine is hers, it was a gal she worked with that had the garage sale and sold it to us for 50 bucks it does work, just not plugged in. When I get a chance I will update my vid, left out some things that might be cool on here... thanks again, Jeff aka Steeljaw

She is very supportive. About 25 years ago when I was gonna trash my first game, she convinced me not to throw it out and to continue collecting. Your gameroom is cool! The "Lost in Space" robot is sweet. I have been trying to find a Coke machine for a long time, you got a great deal on yours! I always wanted to add some pins ...

Thanks! I found that Space Wars waiting for the trashman at the side of the road. It took a while to complete all the repairs. The Asteroids has both Lunar Lander and asteroids boards in it so I can switch between them.

Nice arcade... I'd hang out in there for hours.

You don't see too many working Space Wars machines any more. Mine has had to be repaired multiple times now, but it was left in a damp self storage place for years when I found it.

Star Wars cockpit, nice...

How come Asteroids is playing Lunar Lander? =)
