@xXDisturbedXx15 I only use "Destruction" and "Conjuration" spells both perks maxed out and a bit of "Restoration" and "Alteration" since I have an armor not a mages robe. For "Destruction" I go with Blizzard, Icy spear, Fire storm, Incinerate, Lightning storm, Thunderbolt. "For Conjuration" I dual-cast a Daedric lord so it will last longer. "Restoration" I use Close-wounds dual-cast. "Alteration" I use Dragonhide to power-up my armor. With the "Atronach" stone blessing for spell absorption.

I don't want to make any assumptions, but I believe he chose the High Elf because he thought it looked cool. This is only the 3rd episode in the walkthrough, and I've yet to see him actually use any magic. If he wants to be a Barbaric High Elf, let him be it. Also, ORC, FUCK YEAH!
