So why would the City of Kent grant the business license in the first place? If the mayor was so worried about the conflict in law - legal to have it with proper licensing, but illegal to obtain - why allow these groups to open in the first place? And how is this helpful at all? Now a person licensed with the grace of the medical marijuana law must now break the law and buy on the black market. How stupid is that. @andrewsheldonreeves its not an excuse to put non-violent ppl in jail, sending ppl to jail cost alot... but medical marijuana is a way for the govement to make money from it and still keep it illegal. a big part of that ''medical marijuana'' end up in dealer hands anyway... so yes i agree...its hypocrisy
