For future releases, couldn't you set up a microphone (podcast-like quality) to record the speaker's voice as he/she is on the phone? This way you could then just get the video and place the high-quality recording on top of it?
With regard to the sound quality, you have to understand that it's recorded over a phone line. While it sounds fine during the webcast, the fact that it isn't video quality sound is apparent when you play the recording back here. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it, but we hope that still you'll enjoy the content of the webcast.
The sound is fine, you can understand the speakers perfectly clearly.
