let me help you a little... Go on Google and write :Eyelashes brush fee download: and download them. It's a lot easier... Just open a new layer, and draw an eyelash, select ctrl+t and transform it.

P.S. I noticed that you don't use all the benefits of transforming... Just right click on the eye lash and chose one of the transform options: Warp, Rotate, Perspective etc. ;-)
