You obviously never learned statistics and standard deviations. Judging one team after two weeks will result in a large error. Judging six teams combined record after two weeks reduces the probability of a larger error by a multiple of 36.
Still don't understand? It isn't fair to rule out Seattle and San Diego for being 0-2 because it's clear that they have potential to win games. But taking a larger sample size will give a better picture.

Browns were 10-6 last season and almost beat the same Steelers team that dismantled the Texans last week.
