  • oh and i think im going to try the cardio running thing... since it has worked WONDERS for you! if it doesn't kick my butt first that is, i SUCK at it... the running thing just isn't my forte, but it's ok, i will get my husband to help me when he comes home =]

  • Running is good for cardio but don't kill yourself.... I was a pretty lousy runner when I started and had to walk for a while but keep at it! Oh and if you really don't like it after trying it, I would just suggest another form of cardio. I wish I had a pool to swim in for cardio, swimming is like the best full body workout ever!!!! But just do some form of cardio and you will do great. But you already look gorgeous so I don't think too much work is needed!

  • you know i think i am DEFFINATLEY going to try to swimming thing, there is a pool at my community gym that like not many people go too since there is a better one with slides and diving boards on base, so i will do that since i hate running, thanx for the advice! maybe then i can also get a tan and not be so gosh darn albino in Hawaii! lol

  • i know this may sound funny and awkward, but i bet you weigh less than 177. Weigh yourself in the morning after you have gone to the bathroom, and weigh yourself in your underwear or naked, lol but I'M SERIOUS, haha... it makes a difference. =] btw: i love how in every video or clip you are like "hey, dean here" like we don't know it's you haha... very great start, i am sure by the end of the challenge you will look SO HANDSOME (not that you aren't already) and GREAT! keep it up and good luck!

  • I probably should weigh myself at a consistent time, I just never think about it until I am done working out and ready to shower. I hope to look a little better by Christmas, I really want to look good for this summer so I can go to the beach and feel good!!!! Thanks for the super duper nice complements btw.
