  • As long as you do not disrespect the animal in any way, prior to eating or thereafter; as long as you properly bury the unused portions of the animal; and as long as you utilize all usable portions of the animal with respect unto its Spirit in Nature, then you have honored that creature and the Earth from which it came.

  • PETA can suck my meaty cock

  • I went through this school back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. The 'camp out' part had some silly Robinson Crueso game playing, but most of it was very beneficial.

  • OTTIMO!

  • lol that would be fun goin down in a chopper crash simulation but it can be fun and serious at the same time. if it was real then keeping a good attitude is the first step in surviving a serious situation.

  • this is awesome

  • my friend actually told me what goes on during the resistance training and it's freaking crazy.....although i would still do it because i would rather do that than be in security forces any longer....now to put in my Retraining papers

  • In Finland, every single male turning 18 is enlisted and has to go through at least six months of military training. The normal infantry - as in not special forces but 90% of the recruits or 90% Finnish males - deal with 10ft of snow, temperatures of -30 Celsius as an everyday occurrence. We had a US Rangers Colonel observing our training excercise for guys who've been in the military for five weeks and he was blown away by what we do. Finland, some of the toughest sob's in the world, believe it

  • This course is called S-V80-A, it is a Level C course, which is the highest level. It is only 19 days long. The 5 month special ops one you are talking about is the SERE Specialist Training course or SST. It is only for people trying to become instructors. That doesn't include the 19 day that they also have to go to. popacap21 please take my advise, you are very wrong and do not know what you are talking about. Stop talking like you know about this course.

  • @popacap21 You are WRONG! How about you earn the title Airman, earn your wings and actually graduate from SERE before you start talking about a course that you obviously have no idea about!

  • @popacap21 And once again you would be WRONG! But I'll be sure to let all the TACP, CCT and PJ's that I went through SERE with know that some DEPr said that they attended the wrong course.

    p.s. It's 19 days not 17, wrong yet again!

  • @popacap21 I'm not sure if your confusing the SERE Instructor course with the course that is featured in this video or what? If you are in fact talking about the SERE Instructor course, they still go through this basic SERE course, along with the Aircrew, AFE, CCT, PJ, TACP, etc. as a part of their pipeline training, then they complete the Instructor SERE course.

  • @popacap21 ya popacap if ur at SERE now i probably know who u are. ur retarded for the shit u posted before that was most certainly untrue. im sitting in room 210 right now in the AIRCREW/TACP/CCT ENLISTED DORMS...i finished SERE school 3 weeks ago and now im just chilling in washington until my next class start date for MORE loadmaster training in oklahoma

  • This is USAF SERE, but other branches have SERE as well, I went through Army SERE. It was hell on earth. They torture you. They have foreign actors that capture you and keep you in a pow camp and torture the shit out of you and yell at you in their language. lol We ate bugs because they didn't feed us for days, so we ate whatever bugs wandered into our cages. The only water we got was when they turned a fire hose on us. You manage to drink some while they blast you, lol.

  • thats classified bud. nice

  • Are they tame rabbits? Wonder if wild ones are there they could snare?

  • i love how they made the water survival seem like the hardest part. it was the most chill training, even though that one trainee had a bit of a freak-out.

  • The worst thing would be to fail and have to go through the training again.

Be shrewd and start drinking your own piss now so it isn't your first time when you're being tested.

    Eat worms and bugs, too.

    Good luck!

  • @1234Molotov you dont need to drink your own piss. dont be retarded.

  • The narrator was panned hard left. Don't listen to this on headphones. -.-

  • @trbomkiv I know but why?

  • do they teach in desert invironments?

  • @ryantwiggsmith909 They teach in desert, tropical, arctic, ocean and other environments.

  • Arizona fuck yea

  • All these sere videos leave out the physical torture you must endure. Why?

  • @yomajesty287 cause it's a classified portion of training

  • @yomajesty287 its classified numbnuts

  • Eating Moose?!

    No Hell you ain't either!

  • The audio is pathetic. You want people to believe you are elite?

My shit from 1985 is a hell of a lot better advanced from this crap!

    Shame on you. FIX IT.

  • i was gonna do pj but my damn eyes d/qed me, so im doing sere for 2 years till i can get lasek and then do pj.

  • @TheBassgorilla Um, how can you do SERE for 2 years when it's a school?

  • @nubbie1944 sere instructor.

  • @TheBassgorilla Aye, gotcha

  • Oh man just wait until PETA gets word of this. lol

  • @divine0enigma PETA is a bunch of idiots... i am a breeder of Cairn Terriers and i show them, and when we have to keep an eye out for PETA at dog shows because they come and spray paint our dogs and release them from the crates, you tell me who the bad guy is? me that cares for my dogs or the group that attacks people who are genuin breeders and not the puppy mills... PETA is shit

  • Thoreaxe14 so there's no navy planes on an airforce base or marines on an airforce base come on now smart guy

  • @killah2288 and who helps build the planes for the navy smart guy?

  • can u be in the army/marines and still be SERE specialist in WA. or do u ahve to go teach in a completely different place?

  • @pkersoul The WA Air National Guard offers the SERE career path... SERE school for the USAF is at Fairchild AFB in Spokane. You may want to look it up.

  • They're candidates or airmen, not recruits.

  • Comment removed

  • 1947 actually.

  • "American has no shortage of enemies.." hahaha so true... its sad how many people hate our country :/

  • Im in training for fighter pilot, can't wait to fly a plane on my own, I'm currently training on simulators and such, the instructor said i won't be flying before one more year with simulator, I CAN'T WAIT!!!!! thumbs up if you congats me:))))

  • @Mrjustcommentsnovds you are not in fighter pilot training, first off, being a fighter pilot means you have a four year degree, minimum. Also it is very difficult to get excepted in to "fighter pilot" school due to the tough competition AND YOU HAVE TO BE VERY intelligent with about calculous and other higher level skills as a minimum, you are as dumb as a brick and anyone pretending to be in the military should be shipped straight to the middle east... No one in flight school would be that num

  • @corymajor1 did I say i've started now, huh?

  • @Mrjustcommentsnovds fuck you you are not in the military, fucktard

  • @corymajor1 umm huh?

  • @corymajor1

    wow, your an ass

  • @Mrjustcommentsnovds i mean, did just start

  • @Mrjustcommentsnovds wow thats a lie.

  • this school is at Fairchild AFB in Spokane it is top secret on that side they will shoot you for being 30 feet from a 40 foot limit, ha

  • boots...boots....boots over Africa... There's no discharge in the war. Great training.

  • Looks fun, at least the dont put the whole plane in the water 10 ft down and made you escape that way like the Navy

  • @was1865 Yeah, I was thinking the same thing when I was watching the girl who panicked. Helo is going to flip over, and when you're completely blind it's real disorienting. You have to get through all that in NACCS, before you hit SERE in the Navy. We got some basic land survival from AF in Aircrew, then when I did SERE we got Cold weather survivial specifically.

  • sere was sooooooo fun

  • I would love to attend this training :O

  • Which is better..Navy or USAF?

I heard alot of good stuff about USAF and alot bad stuff of Navy.

  • @StickedJJ

im going into the USAF soon. just gotta go through MEPS

  • @khenry1991 What's "MEPS"?

  • @StickedJJ

its the place where you go get your physicals and such for the military

  • @khenry1991 O so not like training or anything?

  • what people go threw this training in the af or does everybody???

  • This was seriously the best training I have ever recieved. From the Field training and RT to the water survival. The best month of my life.

  • @spongebobsucks34 RT sucked balls. But i'd do it again/.

  • As a PJ, I have to tip my hat to the Instr. at ALL of the schools. They are GREAT and know their job.Not Everyone goes through this training. Aircrew members, Surv. Personnal, ect. I have to say one thing. As for the Panic attack. During my training at Fairchild, The part they couldnt show, because it is Classifed. I saw Male fighter pilots cry, So fun is NOT how I would call the training.

  • @wbvp HOO YAH!

  • Comment removed

  • @wbvp waterboarding similar to navy and army sere?

  • @wbvp Do Airborne Linguist have to go thru waterboard training during their 4 week SERE? I've read a few things on Google about the waterboarding part and it seems pretty extreme. Is there a risk of psychological damage to these guys?

  • @TheBug1961 What actually goes on in SERE is classified. I couldn't tell you if they waterboard there or not, but trust me, what they do to you isn't fun.

  • Does everyone who joins the Air Force have to go through this training?

  • if you watch through the whole video... this is why pj's and tacp and combat control doesnt allow women!!! panic attack really?

  • @MrJaketurd

that doesn't mean all women are like that. There have been men that have had panic attacks too.

  • Yeah, really! One wrong move and BOOM! Your career, and most importantly, YOU are over! : o

  • i like his british accent. I went through SERE as Aircrew in the winter time and I loved the forest covered in snow. beautiful but challenging

  • It's not as bad as the rumors. It's absolutely miserable but not as bad as you hear.

  • its true but the rumors make it sound so much more exciting

  • I'll be going through this soon, looks way funner than all the rumors out here, haha!

  • @WCdragoninja There's a bit you can't see on here because it's classified. The word fun will be out of your head.

  • this is awesome. I just got sworn in Monday and i DEFINITELY plan on taking the PAST. This is after basically fighting with Marine enlistees at MEPS for talking shit about the AF. i wasn't even in yet. but i'll bet they won't talk so much TRASH when they need an airstrike called in...

  • sure we will - we'll just have Marine Corps fighter jets do it....

maybe we won't talk trash when we need our computers fixed or something.

  • @Zombpocalypse yeah cause most of you are too dumb to do that anyway. but guess what? not ONLY am I smart(and most of the AF) but i'm also a more effective soldier-after this training of course. the whole stronger and more athletic thign was proven at meps when you jarheads challened me to a "Marine Proper Pushup" test. guess who did more than anybody? yeah. anyway not trying to ride my own jock here or anything. you just need not talk trash(like the marines at meps) about the AF only having

  • @Zombpocalypse nerds in it when CLEARLY you are watching this video and it proves that that the USAF does NOT just have "Chair Force" personel in it.

MURKED THE P.A.S.T. , signed up for my SERE job, and i look forward to diving straight into Fairchild , AFB after basic.

  • @twoohhfive whoa whoa whoa - "a more effective soldier?!" you have got to be out of your fucking mind. how ass backwards are you? normally i wouldn't respond because internet arguments are stupid, but the fact that you're still a fucking CIVILIAN makes me furious. who the fuck do you think you are? as impressed as i am that you're going to SERE, i'll be headed there this winter, because i'm at MARSOC (google that). you challenged the "jarheads at meps?" they were fucking civilians too!

  • furthermore, you're clearly delusional. i spent 9 months at my MOS training with airmen - airmen who told me that the AF was basically fucking college. pussy-ass pt, the nicest barracks you could imagine - it's as far from the military as you can get. now, the AF definitely does their part, i'm not saying they don't, but some little shithead civilian like you doesn't rate to trash talk the veterans who defend you. especially when you're trying to argue that the AF is harder than

  • @twoohhfive the Marines. clearly you're insecure about the branch you joined. there's a high road and a low one, and you took the easier, lower road. now live with your decision - us jarheads will do all the work.

  • @Zombpocalypse ur a typical dumbass marine who thinks ur branch does everything. the marines do their part along with each other branch. Marines always say they are the first ones in but never actually are. the USAFCCT are almost always first ones in. but go ahead and talk more shit about the AF when u no nothing about it

  • @ivone1991 pretty sure i said the air force does their part, but whatever.

and you're absolutely right. WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, it was USAFCCT who led the way......

and let me guess, you're a boot air force pogue. again, sorry for your insecurities.

  • @Zombpocalypse USAF wan't yet in existence in WWI or WWII... during WWII the Army Air Corp was even though they didn't yet have CCT.

  • @IIIzAd3klll no shit...

  • @Zombpocalypse

don't worry, not everyone wanting to join the Air Force are ignorant like him. You did nothing but poke fun at the AF which is what branches have been doing since forever. Much respect to the Marines.

I do have to say, that choosing the AF is not taking the low, easy road though.

  • @Marynicole830 you're right, and like i said - every branch does their part. but the kid was a fucking civilian when he decided to talk shit. i wouldn't be surprised if he got dropped from boot camp.

  • @Zombpocalypse

yup, I'm a civi too wanting to join the Airforce as an Aerial gunner (ha, wish me luck getting that one) But I looked into the Marines. I have to say I hate the stereotype that Marines are the Dumb Branch. Marines have technical MOSs like every other branch, and the infantry has to be smart to be able to think a situation through and keep their men alive. So the Air Force is not Lazy, and the Marines are intelligent!

Yeah he doesn't know anything. He's played COD too much.

  • @ivone1991

Actually, depends on where it is and what the situation is. Sometimes the AF goes in first, sometimes the Army goes in first, sometimes it's the Rangers, and sometimes it IS the Marines!

  • @Zombpocalypse LMFAO wow you are truly a jarhead...so when a pj is saving your ass i bet you will still talk shit huh? what about when a cct is calling in an air strike so you dont get fucking slaughtered...stop talking shit seriously..the marines are elite and i give full credit, but you have to remember that the USAF is the strongest air power in the entire world...so if they need mass air strikes chances are they wont call marine pilots in first

  • @Thoreaxe14 it would probably be more likely that a TACP would call in the air strike

  • @Thoreaxe14 guess where air strikes come from ohh the airforce from nimitz carriers, and fyi the navy has more birds then the air force does

  • @killah2288 Oh so i guess that the air force is useless then right? if the navy would rather fly its planes hundreds of miles when there are air force bases closer...but no your totally right

  • so its ok if i go in my backyard and eat some worms and slugs and termites? i will be fine?

  • and its not just in afghanistan.. what if ur plane goes down over germany or austria or something.. u need to be able to survive in a cold climate.

  • 4:34 shes ugly

  • the battlefield has changed.... so we're training in the snow....? They need to go to the deserts of new mexico or somewhere middle eastern-ish

  • it snows quite a bit in afghanistan, the mountain tops are covered in snow the majority of the year.

  • believe it or not, there are parts of afganistan, pakistan, and probably iran that see snow. the middle east isn't entirely deserts. and the middle east isn't the only battlefield we may be facing these days, there's korea and any other nation we may feel the need to do recon flights over. korea and russia get very cold

  • My Dad was in Korea. He TOLD us how cold it gets there! : o Had to heat up the bullets to keep 'em from freezin, LOL! Just kidding! But he said it WAS doggone cold!

  • It snows in some parts of Iraq also. There are other places the US operates besides Afgan and Iraq. Which both also have snow.

  • Im currently in the process of enlisting as an airforce SERE specialist. it's gonna be a challenge.

  • your going for sere? i'm trying to get in the summer class for 2010 was hoping to be in basic by now but mom making me wait till after christmas, don't want her yelling at me so i'm waiting to january, gives me more time to train up tho.

  • HA! That's fucking awesome. Be prepared for the trip of your life if you go to the true SV-80A class. Hope you like hiking and getting the shit kicked out of you. If you have questions let me know. I took the course in June.

  • going to meps to swear in thursday and taking the past friday, at first I couldn't wait now the whole weight of things are catching up haha.

  • Well the hiking I like but the getting kicked to death not so much just gonna have to tough it out.

  • Haha I liked hiking too before I went to sv-80. Lets see how you fare with an 80pound rucksack going up and down hills for almost 12 hours a day.

My advice for the getting your ass kicked is apply the things you learn and be the WEAK airmen. When they do the things they do to you, make sure to cry fake tears or real, it doesn't matter... just cry and they will leave you alone. :D

  • ya I been practicing with a 50 lbs pack lately building my way up. As for the second part that seems kinda suicidal (no offense) if you pretend to be a wimp won't they give you more heck to toughen you up, thats what they did to me when I was little anyway and eventually it works, with my luck though i'll have some instructor that hates me so the tears mite not be fake haha.

  • Trust me dude it works. When they ruffed me up a bit I cried and complained about how much it hurt and they left my ass alone. It was great. Its all about the learning and they are not concerned with toughening you up.

  • I'll give it a try but if it backfires i'm gonna toughen up real quick like hos haha

  • How rough to they actually GET? Waterboarding, slapping, etc?

  • I can't say.

  • Oh, I'm sure. I knew some people in the Navy who'd been through it.They told me about what they did to them. Better you & them than ME! At least in the mock POW camp part! The rest of it would be good training just in case you DID ever need to survive.

  • I'm sure the resistance training will be the most valuable

  • I went through the navy's sere school in San Diego, I went 6 days with no food except for the rabbits eyeball that I sucked out of its head. Then I got to stay awake for 3 days getting beat up.

  • do you have to be a poilt to go there

  • It isn't just for pilot, or just for USAF. I went through with Army personnel and special agents.

  • your a fucking idiot..do some research before you make your self look like a complete douche which from your comment you have already done

  • ok ill admit, i was wrong, i thought EOD was automatically spec ops but i was wrong. At least I'm man enough to admit it...i dont think I should be called a fucking idiot or a douche because of it damn...

  • @reckokicker I'm a USAFA SERE graduate and I can't say enough about how well I was trained by these professionals. GREAT WORK GUYS!

  • @terranempire7 WHat do SERE units do? are they part of a Attack/Rescue unit. Or same as Pj+ the survival training. Do SERE get in firefights?

  • @VBH8888 No, they train Pilots, aircrew, and some special operations personnel how to survive, evade capture, and stick to the code of conduct if captured. There are several different schools they have from Non parachuting to parachuting water survival to Artic survival. They do go to other hard core military schools as well. They have slots for jump and military free fall, air assault, and dive school. They don't actually fight but they are a hardcore group of bastards that know their jobs

  • @VBH8888

SERE is survival school for pilots. Its geared to knowing how to evade, survive, and deal with POW camps as a prisoner.

  • maybe you should go douche out what ever is stuck in your vagina.

  • EOD is not spec ops.

  • I'm going there :D

  • The USAF has done this sinc the Korean war, bull SERE was started by Nick Rowe in the 80's

  • SERE for the Army was designed and created by Nick Rowe in the 80s.

But the Air Force created the first SERE school and has been running it for pilots and aircrew since the 50s.

  • What happens if you fail the course? They can't just say since you failed you are no longer going to fly F-18 :P

  • george coudn't make it this training...coz he is a pussy

  • Yes they can. But, the main way one fails is giving up.

They make it look so easy in this video. 1:53

BTW we didn't get any moose meat...so to speak.

  • It is really hard to fail. I don't think many people do fail it unless it is for medical reasons.

  • Seems like you dont have a clue about what SERE is, and the level of training you must go through. It is very easy to fail! Can you sew a bag out of your parachute and keep 6 equal stiches within an inch all around the edges? Lack of attention to detail will get you kicked out of the training.

  • i have been through a couple of them so i do have a clue. They are trying to teach the stdents, not weed them out. It is not like any of the selection schools, like buds or para rescue. No one from my class failed. There were about 60 of us.

  • sere is hard to fail? it's like 70% drop out rate, second hardest career in the air force pararescue is 95% drop out rate.

  • you simply have no idea what you are talking about.

  • Well after having spent some time with the guys at the artic school, talking with Chief Knox and my cousin being the former CO of the sere school i think i can rely on what they say that this school isn't a walk in the park, its all psycological and most people can't hack that part (talking bout sere instructor school not the school pilots go through) if you can you make it if you can't you quit there's just a little over 300 sere specialist out there, its a very elite career field

  • Comment removed

  • Is there civilian training cse for this?

  • lol, brings back memories... i went thru all of this a few years back. good times... an amazing experience that you'll never forget, and not everyone is lucky enough to have gone through... then again... the part they couldn't show SUCKED!!!

  • which part was that?

  • Part? You mean, parts? Oh and Kick it's Classified.

  • wtf was that???

  • Just checked my pants, nope no zippers.

  • mine are normal to

  • Panic Attack? It's a shame she made it THAT far into training to fail. :(

  • These aircrew members could be stationed anywhere in the world. The skills taught in this course reflect that truth. The aircrew that go through this course have to pass to actually get the job they want, otherwise they will become something else until the contract is up or they can go back through the training and pass. Food procurement only includes true insects, not arachnids because of the possibility they could be venomous or even poisonous.

  • My father did this in the Air Force. This had to suck.

  • I don't know if there are a lot of earthworms and slugs in the desert... lol

  • He never said there were, he was talking about tropical environments. Listen closer.

  • Hmmm, good listening skills! ....But what I meant was - since they're being deployed to Afghanistan I think they should make them eat a scorpion or something. At least keep the training useful and relevant! :)
