It started off with Lee Hom looking at the empty bed after him and his MV girl had a very bad fight. I think the reason is that his fame is standing in the way of their relationship. Throughout the MV it contains flash back of their time together. The chorus is about his heartbeat being taken away by the girl and he wants to turn back time. The end of the MV seems to imply that they got back together? Hope this helps a bit!

Because Lee Hom Wang is not better than Jay Zhou! He does look better and have a sweeter voice, but music wise...Jay is probably the best in the Chinese music scene.
