People comment about having "banging" her, and I'm not saying I /wouldn't/, but there's almost an "innocence" of sorts to Tomb Raider, for me at least. It's just amazing that I'd get such a thrill out of (as Yahtzee would say) backing her into a corner to get a load of her ... thighs ;), or trying to manipulate the camera otherwise to look at her - considering some of the stuff I've seen (cough cough). I remember playing this for hours and days while listening to the new Spice Girls CD ("Say you'll be there", both the Saturn with TR and the CD were Christmas Presents). The CD was playing forever due to the fact, that I was so fascinated by this Game. Thats why I sometimes open WInamp with this Track, when I'm playing TR Anniversary (especially in St. Francis Folley!). Its just the nostalgic factorm and thats why I will always be playing the Tomb Raider Titles.

Just started playing the series again (never finished them since they were too hard for me when i was little lol) Starting on Tomb raider 2. I have never realized how much of a mastepiece these games were back then O_o Heck they still are today! The thing I love most about this game is that when it wasn't entertaining me for hours on end on a PC, it was providing the wonderful, long summers, when I became Lara Croft, climbing trees and 'shooting' my pets with plastic cowboy guns in my jungle of a back garden.
I can relate, I had it for the original playstation growing up and I'd watch my father play (I began playing it sometime later), but I loved imagining that I was Lara Croft, playgrounds became ancient ruins, the back yard, like yours, was a jungle, and there were all sorts of monsters and things to "shoot." Heck, even everyday things became 'relics.' It was fun.
Oh i did that too i was even lara croft for halloween i caught hypothermia that night though but it was worth it i lived right next to the woods though
dang, me too. The goosebumps on my back when I would put the cd in my PSX and start hearing the title theme, the cinematics, the feel of solitude in tombs and ancient ruins. Those were really good times for a gamer and TR was one of the coolest games. Pity that Eidos decided to milk the TR cow so ruthlessly. The game developer, Core, was put into a position where it couldn't keep the overall quality of the sequels on the level of the original game. Still the first 3 games rocked!
This song is amazing. It's soft, and then it changes over time! It's the perfect song. I wish that my orchestra in school would play this for a concert. I just got the sheet music for Finale NotePad 2008, but it's a shorter version.

This was when video games were amazing, xbox has nothing on this, they would make it too realistic and shit, i hate that, just remake it how it was, tomb raider anniversary was a disaster, this theme is amazing, im going to play tomb raider now, peace :D

Just started playing the series again (never finished them since they were too hard for me when i was little lol) Starting on Tomb raider 2. I have never realized how much of a mastepiece these games were back then O_o Heck they still are today! I just want to hurry up and finish 2 so i can start playing 1 and experience the rest if the series D:

You can rip your TR2 CD with a program like ImgBurn. That'll save you time from downloading it.

The thing I love most about this game is that when it wasn't entertaining me for hours on end on a PC, it was providing the wonderful, long summers, when I became Lara Croft, climbing trees and 'shooting' my pets with plastic cowboy guns in my jungle of a back garden.

I can relate, I had it for the original playstation growing up and I'd watch my father play (I began playing it sometime later), but I loved imagining that I was Lara Croft, playgrounds became ancient ruins, the back yard, like yours, was a jungle, and there were all sorts of monsters and things to "shoot." Heck, even everyday things became 'relics.' It was fun.

dang, me too. The goosebumps on my back when I would put the cd in my PSX and start hearing the title theme, the cinematics, the feel of solitude in tombs and ancient ruins. Those were really good times for a gamer and TR was one of the coolest games. Pity that Eidos decided to milk the TR cow so ruthlessly. The game developer, Core, was put into a position where it couldn't keep the overall quality of the sequels on the level of the original game. Still the first 3 games rocked!

This song is amazing. It's soft, and then it changes over time! It's the perfect song. I wish that my orchestra in school would play this for a concert. I just got the sheet music for Finale NotePad 2008, but it's a shorter version.
