  • Dude! Looks like you're getting into the groove. Just keep adding more veggies and taking out fruit, as you can handle it. The sugars in the fruit will spike your glycemic index and tell your body to store. I made the mean green from the movie and it was horrible the first time. Then I cut back on the ginger and now I'm loving it. I am just doing one meal right now. start full time on Feb 6! Your videos are so encouraging, and honestly, you are starting to look thinner in your face! Ke
