I was doing a board slide cannon box and I came out of it switch, When I landed I caught an edge or something and just flipped back. I cracked my helmet from front to back, I got a grade 2 concussion from it. The doctors said if I wasn't wearing my helmet I would have been dead or a vegetable. Changed my life to say the least...
