Plays GTA4, Skyrim, Team Fortress 2, etc. And, my PC can do things a 360 can't do: -Browse the net -Check my email -Mods (as demonstrated in this video) -Dedicated servers -Larger variety of games -FREE online multiplayer (Steam woohoo) Plus you need a computer for basic internet stuff anyways; so it's cheaper to buy a better PC than a PC and a console.

1) your handling.dat isnt the right specs for the car your using

you may edit handling.dat by using utube theres loads of tutorials

2)the taxi thing is a bug in the game

3) the thing you spawn cars with a few clicks is called a trainer

For me it seems like the different cars are locked to different areas. In one area only 1 type of car will spawn, in another a second type will only spawn. The only cars that doesnt do this is the taxis and the police cars. Please help.

@Jchowhan @Jchowhan Kurbahism does not ever come on, only when he uploads his videos. I am just happy to help people who are having problems. I think it is due to you having eflc and using a normal gta 4 car pack, you need an eflc car pack..

You could also try to re install the game and add the simple native trainer too. But i would look for a different car pack, just search for eflc car pack on youtube..

then copy over the handling.dat file and make sure you over-write (replace) it with the original in common/data

GUYS I DOWNLOADED and i did Go to gta 4 folder in program files/rockstar

Go to gta 4 folder in program files/rockstar

Make sure you backup+remove all your save game data, and open the game, then replace to avoid the smpa60 error.
