Soros may have dumped his paper position in the gold ETF he has invested in. But what it doesn't tell you is if he took delivery of physical gold which the etfs allow you to do. He has probably moved into a physical position which is not reported.
I can't help but wonder about this Asian buying and new Hong Kong exchange. Is it purely an Asian thing or are the Asians in cahoots with our bankster buddies. Perhaps 'they' are just moving their operations and metals from the West to Asia as the West goes under

So if you ran an Asian exchange & intended to acquire silver, would you use an easy opportunity to knock down the price for a buy?
