I call bullshit. Show me one verified death threat. I was there and I protested by reading article Ten while open carrying and am proud to have done so.
Class, how about not taking an oath to defend a document you've never read in your life. If the legislators continue to disregard the will of the people, a two minute break in decorum will be just the beginning of their troubles.
The NHLA should spend more time trying to replace them than trying to appease them.
I am not promoting violence, but lets be honest with ourselves, when someone in power threatens your freedom and doesn't get death threats, that is probably a bad thing. I mean, isnt this the LIVE FREE OR DIE state? I dont think that means, lay down and die, it means DIE FIGHTING.
Just to be anal, the FSP does not do anything. People who move to NH do things on their own accord, there are no instructions from the FSP leadership.
Most free staters will both give and receive gold and silver for payments, especially when exchanging goods and services with each other. There are various ideas floating about among Free Staters to start up something like the Liberty Dollar, but as far as I know nothing has come into fruition yet.
I have to agree with you here... I am accustomed to the Texas/New Mexico type of culteral pesonalities. The type of government who would try to destroy the Constitution they have sworn to protect, will kill us.
More to the point, I think Freedom and Liberty Lovers should support and defend all those who rally, work, and vote for freedom. That will send a clear signal to those who continually attempt to erode Freedom and Liberty. Once everything is looted, then where will they turn? So many still believe that the statists will voluntarily cease, desist, and quit en mass. In the history of the world, when has that EVER happened? Freedom and Liberty are most certainly NOT FREE, quite the contrary....
disingenuous reply at best...an in-depth investigation into the core circumstances of the places and times referenced would bear out the physical nature of those conflicts...
Also...India and South Africa are such bastions of Freedom and Liberty now...right!?!
Thanks for not deleting my posts Dave...at least you don't censor me like Denis does...
Finally, regardless of anyone/everyone's efforts...they are not going to voluntarily cease, desist, and quit...and the gravy-train continues...hmmmm
Denis is still operating under the false assumption that all our many problems will be solved by the pen. What part of "line in the sand" ISN'T emotional to him? These people that showed up with their clubs and pitchforks and such...they have ALREADY drawn their lines in the sand...and they have ALREADY shown that they can secure and utilize tools. Denis is on the continental congress floor, 240 years ago, rallying that the King and his mercenaries should be given one more chance. Hmmm.......
They vote against the people, then claim they are getting death threats to discredit the people that disagree with them!! Thats par for the course dude!! The death threats are probably nothing but bullshit!!
In another video I heard someone in the crowd yell....."you guys are dead". All I have to say is AGENT PROVACATEUR. ........and it all worked out just like it was supposed to.
The death threats could very well be from organized efforts to reduce liberty. Fact is that they don't know where the death threats come from, could be lunatics, govt officials or even military. Just don't assume that its the lunatics, like Geithner says 'Never waste a good crisis".
HR-6 ...It was humored just to waste our time, money and delay any "meaningful" response on our part to current world events. They are going to take our guns away while we are busy "debating" rights and amendments. Wishful thinking and pragmatic diplomacy are unfortunately often the same thing.... maybe more will now realize how deep the rabbit hole goes...
Well that's interesting. I have had my life threatened because of exercising my free speech and the police did nothing, and even hired the perpetrator to help find the perpetrator! How bizarre is that? Life threats? Hmmm that's nuthin'.... they should IGNORE IT LIKE THEY IGNORED MY LIFE BEING THREATENED A MILLION TIMES.
And what's so un-"reasonable" and un-"classy" about that Peridolin? Don't you feel that people have the individual right to keep and bear arms? Do you feel that people don't have the right to provide their own self-defense no matter where they are? Well? Why do you think that the founding fathers of the U.S. included the second amendment in the U.S. constitution? Please enlighten us.
If you state your position clearly, articulately, and unequivocally, then no one will misinterpret anything that you're attempting to convey. Your statement was ambiguous and open to misinterpretation. I didn't attack you (personally or otherwise). I was simply questioning your position and asking you for clarification. Thank you for providing it. Peace.
I would not doubt it if it was agent provocateurs propoganda. I do not believe that the people would work so hard and turn to do something that would hurt and discredit them. This smells like an agents job.
Gotta agree with that one Curt! Why should anyone in the Free State movement apologize for the actions of unknown individuals? Those individuals could be either "misguided" (as in somewhat deranged) or they could be agent provocateurs, or both, or neither. It's also possible that the relevant legislators themselves might be fabricating this (not likely but possible). I think that the level-headed & rational people in the FS movement should simply denounce & condemn any such threatening actions.
But it sounded to me like Dennis felt like the NH Liberty Alliance was, in some manner, accepting the blame for this. if & when the individuals making any of the alleged threats are actually identified, I think it's really premature to accept any responsibility for the actions of a few idiots -- if indeed they even exist. That's not to say that I don't understand his concerns. But any criticism of the FSP by "the powers that be" can easily be deflected as simply unfounded & unproven allegations.
Also, he's speaking like the people that attended were somehow violent. There was no violence whatsoever at the event (no gunfire, no fights, nada). Just because people are riled up, doens't at imply violence. All he's spouting off about is that the people their might be perceived as an angry mob. People have the cause and right to be angry! And they also have the right to peaceably and publicly display their anger. People are emotional about these issues. Their not just intellectual issues!
very well put. apologizing could seem to some as an acknowledgment of connectivity when there is none. any popular movement worth getting behind is peaceful.
In the San Jose, California, city council chambers, back in 1995 or so, after a bunch of people (out of the HUNDREDS there) had spoken up against a measure to further ban firearms in the city, the city attorney said, "First of all, the 2nd Amendment does not refer to an individual right."
I stood up and shouted, "Bullshit!"
I then evicted myself from the room, because I was being disruptive. I noticed that there were several other people walking out with me, obviously they too had been rowdy.
Any fool that says:"Holy C#ap" is not in position to criticize people getting angry and vocal.

I'm with Adam Kokesh on this one. Go look at HIS interview to see someone talking sense.
Denis is trying to have it both ways. He wants to hate it while at the same time admitting that everything about it was good.
The bad that happened? Denis right here talking this nonsense IS the only bad that happened.

"The NHLA should spend more time trying to replace them than trying to appease them. "
Thank you. I've been hinting at that for a while now. After Denis and friends decided to apologize for that rally I got a lot more pointed.
Watch Denis trying to have it both ways in this video. The NHLA hasn't got the stomach to do what it takes to make a difference.

Way to put words in my mouth there sport.
