And this song always affects me physically, and mentally.

I try to put myself in an emotionally unstable persons shoes.

could this song push me over the edge? No. But it may seem like the perfect soundtrack for going over the edge. This man was going to kill himself with or without glens lyrics. He just made the choice to "go out with a bang". this was his soundtrack for suicide. not the reason for suicide.

Actually I love the swell season. They've been my favorite band for a few years. I'm probably one of the few who found out about them not because of Once but just through coincidence.

I'm wondering why people don't like them, I think its hard not to like them, but that's just me. The bigger the bands get the more they just lip sync as I've seen in many concerts which is really disappointing.

But the guy who jumped turns out to have a past of crime and violence and had a $125,000 bail

Could it be that he felt suicidal and felt like this song was sending him a message to commit suicide right there and then? The song was to be followed by "falling slowly". What an odd coincidence...
