  • horrible

  • RECOLAAAA!

  • I saw the Yangtsee Gaden monks play these live in Plymouth, Massachusetts. They rocked. They use their voice to change the horns and play together in a meditative chant-like manner.

  • I WANT ONE OF THESE HORNS.

  • are they played like digeridoo?

  • VUVUZELA ON STEROIDS

  • at least they aren't vuvuzelas

  • @MountAnalogue XD !!!!!

  • Lets hope China don't get the world cup.

  • It is too awesome to be referred to as music.

  • I believe (tho I could be wrong) it's called a dungchen. Dunno how to pronounce it, tho, lol! Amazing music. The sound of the horn actually vibrates at the same frequency as the human body!

  • hi

is this big horn is called "radong"?

    what about the smaller one?

    thx

  • @bakol87 Ms. Lovercraft is correct. The big one is a dung chen, the smaller one is a gyaling. The dung chen also called a long trumpet, and is played in the same manner as other brass instruments. The gyaling is a double reed instrument, sort of like an oboe.

  • I would give anything to live up there !

  • Since you dont need anything overthere you shoud give everything and go there.

  • @ilovelu

Great answer! But where comes the food from? Do they feed a stranger?

  • dongiodue

greatest answer! But how make a life there- food is needed anyway?

  • There's something very haunting about tibetan and other music that has that kind of chant to it

  • Shangri La

  • that is completely amazing. I wish I had been there!
