Complete insanity. This will turn into the Seattle version of the Big Dig. The real corker is that it will handle less traffic (2 lanes each way versus 3 each way now) than the structure it is replacing. What a crock.
neither do rural state politicians want this, neither to city people want this. the only people who want a tunnel are suburbanites who wont bear the brunt of the cost. what up with that?
