the composer guy not mr foster the other one went to the bbc and said hey i heard you were doing a concert for doctor who i cant get a job anywhere else can i play music everybodys heard before that has absolutely nothing to do with doctor who? bbc guy: but this is for doctor who how is that going to work?composer guy: shh shh i'll make it work bbc guy: makes sense to me go ahead and play random music make this thing stupid by playing drawn out pointless music everybody has already heard
Some actors were born 4 the parts that they play. And David was defintely born 2 play 'THE DOCTOR.' Miss him very much. And yes love it how he gave his final 'lil speech about everyone has a song in them-and the expressions on the audiences faces. Magic.
@TheTwilightSagas22 Dr. River Song is/was/will be the Doctor's wife in the past/the Doctor's future. She's the only other person who can fly the TARDIS and though she knows much of the Doctor's future she won't tell him ("Spoilers!") because that would alter his reality. The Doctor already knows how she dies...see Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead. Knowing that's coming makes their relationship bittersweet...the 2011 episodes will explore that further. Her full background is unknown.
Every Doctor is fantastic in his own way. This would have been incredible to go to, but after seeing Matt Smith's live performance at this year's Proms I'd say this year was even better.
I know who my fave Doctor is, but that doesn't devalue the myriad things the others have contributed. :)
i dont get why people argue about whos a better doctor, after Matt's been here a while, people are gonna feel the same way when he regenerates and someone else replaces him.
@StarlightShaari The amazing thing about kids is they understand things in ways that older people can't comprehend. It's why they love things like the Hulk, and super heroes and monsters and things, and don't stop to be bothered by the other smaller things like the implications of it all.
@StarlightShaari There was a brilliant skit with David Tennant, followed by the Richard Wagner, Die Walkure song. Not a great song to listen to if you are Jewish.
The french horn section with viking helmets=Priceless fun!!!!!
